I wish I had cancelled this and switched.
I booked this before finding out about the onsite hotel deal for our event. I'm a student in a professional program and booked this room at a discount to avoid driving home after a black tie school / alumni event. I did, but by this point was unable to actually really take advantage of the early check in as I didn't receive enough notice of it to plan accordingly! The people on the phone both times seemed bored and uninterested in my call. I was told to phone back after 12 noon on the day of check in. I phoned the day before to inquire if my request for early check in had been approved.
Generally the facilities earned the ratings this place seems to be receiving.Īnd if you show up in a business suit with a 50k plus car you might even get matching service. The TV remote was difficult to operate and had no sleep timer but nothing serious. (It was weak enough to make washing my hair difficult.) The bed was perfect. I have no complaints about the physical space aside from the minor stains on the carpet and the lack of shower pressure.
